Choosing a company to develop your website or handle your local marketing can be tough. It’s OK if you don’t know exactly what you want or need, we’re still happy to talk.

No matter what work we are doing, we will talk it through with you each step of the way.

What’s the best way to contact you?

How quickly will you get back to me?

We aim to respond to any enquiry either on the same business day or the day after.

Response times to phone enquiries may take a little longer of we have to schedule a time to talk to you. We will always aim to put aside some time to talk through your questions or project needs within 2 to 3 working days.

However you choose to get in touch we’ll do our best to get back to you within 24 hours. If we do take longer please accept our apologies in advance.

 

How soon can you get started on my project?

We typically book projects 3-6 weeks in advance. Keep this in mind when planning your own schedule.

The process generally starts with a phone or email enquiry. From there we will schedule a time to talk to you either in person, on the phone or on Skype. After asking you questions to understand your requirements will put together a detailed proposal for you with several options to choose from.

We are happy to discuss your proposal further to answer any questions you have and to help you decide on the best plan of action for you.

After deciding that we’re right for each other we will put your requirements into a contract. Once the contract has been signed and approved  by you (40% for website/mobile site/training portal development and one month’s advance payment for marketing work) we will schedule a date to start working with you.

 

How much will my website cost?

There isn’t a quick answer to this question, as there are so many variables involved.

Do you want a static website, a website with a CMS (Content Management System) like WordPress, a website with an intranet, training portal or a mobile website?  Is it going to be a 6 page website or a 60 page website? Do you have a design or do you want us to source all of that too? Are you a not-for-profit or charity or professional services company?

There are too many unknowns to provide a price without first having all of the details for your project. However, we have some cracking special offers that might do you nicely!

 

Will my site work in different web browsers?

Yes! Although we favour Mozilla Firefox for it’s strong support of web standards, we will also test your website in the latest versions of many of the most popular web browsers as part of our Quality Assurance testing. We will aim for optimum cross-browser compatibility.

We develop web sites primarily with Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer in mind, but check compatibility with Chrome, Safari, and Opera, as well.

Please note that we focus on the current web browser versions but will test your site’s compatibility against a range of browsers – new and old.

Note: We have phased out support for Internet Explorer 6 because of its lack of security features, and lack of compliance with current web standards. If it’s important that your site is optimised for IE6 we can do it for an extra fee.

 

Do you develop your websites to a high standard?

Your website design will be bench marked against international usability best practice and validated against W3C and WAI standards so you know it won’t let you down.

Will my mobile site work on different phones?

Yes! We could give you a template-based site but with thousands of smart phone handsets on the market – all with different screen sizes and operating platforms – we know that one size does not fit all.

Your mobile website will be bespoke using technology that optimises performance for each and every handset. Your sites will look near perfect for all smart phone users.  There is a cost involved but the benefits of a bespoke site, enhanced functionality and technology that optimise your site for each handset make it worth it.

 

How much will your local marketing services cost?

Once again there really isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer to this.

Are you already running campaigns that you want us to supercharge? Or do you want us to set-up, populate and optimise your local listing pages? Do you want us to do it for you?
